May hasn't been my highest posting month, ever

Sorry. I got sucked into a very wasteful jury duty experience for two weeks. Dodson had a big birthday, too. Rocco is great and Lana turned Six on the 28th, happy birthday our sweet angel. Life is so great because of you.They are very excited because they know they are just about to leave on holiday for:

the best thing that ever could have happened happened. this was taken in Big Bear in 2001. thanks for being my best pal ever, Bongo. thinking of you and Sugar so much today. Love you and miss you so much. Part of me hopes you don't miss me at all, that you're so distracted with having fun with everyone at the bridge.

There was quite a windstorm here in Los Angeles yesterday and tree limbs were flying all over the place. Fortunately no one was hurt but Rocco is bringing an endless supply of crap into the house (most of which is thankfully NOT actually crap, which is another story) which he leaves littered all over the place.

Happy Birthday Sugar and Bongo

today would be their ninth birthday. we celebrated this mornng by taking Rocco and Lana to the park. This picture was taken in September of 1998, note how beautiful Sugar's face was as a baby. The hardest part about her being gone is that now every bit of food can go unguarded for the first time in nine years. I bet Sugar is very happy today to be celebrating with her brother at the bridge.happy birthday babies, I'm so glad you were born
