Happy Birthday Sugar and Bongo

today would be their ninth birthday. we celebrated this mornng by taking Rocco and Lana to the park. This picture was taken in September of 1998, note how beautiful Sugar's face was as a baby. The hardest part about her being gone is that now every bit of food can go unguarded for the first time in nine years. I bet Sugar is very happy today to be celebrating with her brother at the bridge.happy birthday babies, I'm so glad you were born

Breaking News to Rocco

today is the day he gets neutered which I know is the sane thing to do but on some level it just breaks my heart because he is such a wonderful little man and I hope this doesn't change his spirit. anyway, i'm keeping it light but he's not getting breakfast so he knows something is up.UPDATE: Patient is resting comfortably, everything went very smoothly
UPDATE 2: he's all goofballed up but still needs to be comforted by his dad

Last Saturday Rocco got his first bath
